This means that no matter how high-leveled a player is, they will never out-level Falx. The first is that he has no level cap and a level multiplier of 1.5. Ildari’s magic has left Falx with many in-game perks after Morrowind. How General Falx Carius Went From Morrowind To Skyrim While this turn in Falx’s otherwise great legacy is tragic, his insanity and the magic instilled in him have morphed him into one of the most powerful foes in Skyrim. Ildari then left Falx at Frostmouth, where he would come lead a group of Ash Spawn who attack the inhabitants of Solstheim. Falx lost his sanity in the process of becoming reanimated, though, and became impossible for Ildari to manage. Ildari reanimated Falx and grafted a Heart Stone into his body in the hope that her spells would keep Falx alive and under her control. However, the necromancer Ildari Sarothril later found Falx’s corpse two centuries after his passing. During the time of Morrowind, Falx was a Captain assigned to Fort Frostmouth, where he would eventually earn the title of General. The story of how Falx got there after Morrowind, came back to life, and desires to challenge players to a battle is a tragic one.Īlthough he's a pretty memorable character in Skyrim, Falx originates from an older Elder Scrolls game, Morrowind, as part of the Bloodmoon expansion. As part of the DLC expansion Dragonborn, Falx is an Imperial who, though having died two centuries before the events of Skyrim, lives on the Nordic island of Solstheim in Fort Frostmouth. I never wear Daedric, but man is it a reward to complete a full set without killing Divayth Fyr.Though Skyrim is full of boss battles that include dragons, vampires, and automatons, one of the game’s most difficult encounters is General Falx Carius.

So when I finished the Tribunal quest I jumped back to Vvardenfell, took the boat to Solstheim and used the scroll to cut across the whole island and grab the last piece. The only piece I had missing was one of the pauldrons, the one you get near the end of Bloodmoon (not as a reward, but you're sent in the general direction for a quest). I was far too lazy to go through Bloodmoon once I had gotten to the part in Tribunal where you get a Daedric cuirass. I always get the open 100 pts scrolls, which are nice if you don't have magic skills or the skeleton key, but the Windwalker scrolls are easily the best in the game.

One was in a smugglers' den I believe, one that I visited for a quest. I've gotten two in the many years of playing Morrowind. While we're talking about them, where can I find more scrolls of Windwalker?
